    Great service and good food today for a casual Saturday afternoon lunch! Friendly crowd. I like this place for what it is - neighborhood dive bar for a quick relaxing time out of the rat race. New outdoor patio! Needs an awning.

    OK OK OK...I get it! Johnnie's is a restaurant, right? They usually are good at one thing, and then falls off the cliff on another. Johnnie's has a Great Vibe...a Service Personality...and a Solid Food Quality with an Efficient Food Turnaround. They have No cliffs to fall off...except for the close by Marble Cliffs (yes, a joke). Their burger is Not a smash burger. It's an honest-to-goodness thick burger cooked exactly how you order it. Their Onion Rings are to be worshipped, but we ate them anyway. If you're thinking of trying a New Place, with a Seasoned Vibe, that is Clean and definitely Remarkable to Friends, et al, please include Johnnie's on your To Go To List.

    Popped in on a Tuesday after work for happy hour and a burger. It's a small dive bar but does have a little patio outside. The bartender was super friendly and attentive. The burger was just okay, nothing special but not bad. Same goes for the mozzarella sticks but we really enjoyed the onion rings and the fried mushroom appetizer was great. Will definitely return for happy hour again.
